By installing or using SheetViz, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are installing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

SheetViz is a Microsoft Excel add-in that provides data visualization templates. It is designed to work with workbook content inside your Microsoft environment where possible. Account, licensing, billing, and support-related data may be processed separately where applicable.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

SheetViz is currently free to use. If paid features are introduced in the future, pricing and subscription terms will be clearly disclosed within the application at that time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute SheetViz. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with your organization's policies.

5. Intellectual Property

SheetViz and its templates are the property of SheetViz LLC. Your data remains yours at all times.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SheetViz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

SheetViz LLC's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
